What type of real estate developments do you grant loan for?
We grant pre-bridge, bridge, and composite mezzanine loan for residential, commercial (local or office), and/or hotel real estate developments that have a clear repayment source (sale of apartments, houses, shops, offices, hotels, warehouses, industrial buildings).
What are the indispensable requirements to be eligible for loan?
The real estate development must already have a complete executive project to be analyzed as thoroughly as possible.
What is the maximum amount of loan you grant?
There is no maximum amount; we can consider real estate projects requiring pre-bridge, bridge, or composite mezzanine loans from $5 million pesos.
What percentage of the work do you lend?
There is no defined percentage. We start from the analysis of the real estate project and structure the loan according to your needs, seeking not to over-indebt you.

We do not rule out the possibility; however, each unit must have a minimum sale value of $1,500,000 pesos.
Do you grant loan to buy the land?
Yes, we can grant up to 20% of the land value.
Do you grant loan for licenses and permits?
Yes, depending on the amount and the project's planning progress.
Can you grant loan to an Individual or Legal Entity?
Yes, we grant loan for any type of tax regime.
How long does it take to get a response?
We try to be as agile as possible to determine if your real estate project is viable with us. From the initial contact to the signing and funding of the loan, if the information flow goes as agreed, we can complete the process in 60 days.
Is there a penalty for early payment?
